[pandaboard] unexpected 2ndstage response

Hi,
I'm pretty new in the universe of Pandaboard. My project is to flash an
AOSP (Android 4.3.1) on the Pandaboard. So I read a guide about it and I'm
in the middle of the fastboot make... My problem is that I can't see the
board when I launch the command:

device/ti/panda/usbboot device/ti/panda/bootloader.bin

It keeps me saying this:

I tried to plug and unplug the wires but nothing... I can see it if I

What's the problem? I can't figure it out. Please help a poor guy like me!
